Soungud provides personalized digital music production and editing services. This policy explains how validity, credit usage, and refund conditions work.
Soungud does not sell physical products or automatic deliverables.
Each engagement involves:
Project analysis
Workflow organization
Allocation of time, priority, and resources
Custom music production and/or editing
For this reason, the conditions differ from a traditional purchase.
Plans provide editing credit (available minutes).
Packages define the working experience: priority, benefits, and organization.
Packages are activated on top of an active plan.
Packages do not renew automatically.
A package remains active:
While the plan is valid and
Until the included benefits are fully used (minutes, reductions, priorities).
Editing minutes are consumed as work is performed.
Included track reductions are used until exhausted.
Delivery priority applies only while the package is active.
Once benefits are consumed, the package is considered completed.
Unused credits are not automatically transferred to new plans unless explicitly agreed in advance.
Due to the nature of the service:
No monetary refunds are issued once payment is confirmed.
Financing or credit payments are not offered outside the enabled payment methods.
Payment confirms acceptance of the project scope, timelines, and conditions.
In specific cases, individually reviewed by Soungud, it may be possible to:
Reassess the project
Grant editing credit for future use
Adjust the scope of the service
These decisions are not automatic and are evaluated based on:
Project status
Work already completed
Time and resources allocated
If the client decides not to proceed before production begins, the case will be reviewed individually.
If work has already started, no refund applies, as the service has begun.
By starting a project with Soungud, the client confirms having read and accepted:
The service description
The selected plans and packages
The defined timelines
This policy of use and refunds
Soungud operates with clear, personalized, and professional processes.
The goal is not to sell minutes, but to organize music projects for dance.
